International Marconi Day

April 25 is Marconi's 150th Birthday, which we will; be celebrating on the 27th at the Cape Cod National Seashore. This will also be a POTA activation. 

KM1CC, the MARCONI CAPE COD RADIO CLUB, is a call sign created in January 1978 for the 75th anniversary of the first transatlantic wireles communication. Barbara Dougan, N1NP,  is the KM1CC trustee and has organized mutltiple activities ffor this event.  Barbara will be the Guest Speaker at the April 1 BARC mweeting.

BARC members are invited to parfticipate as opeerators, loggers, greeters, etc. 

There will be activity at the SaltPond Visitors Center in Eastham and the Marconi Site in Wellfleet.
