AAA03052024 - Chris Flanagan Recognizes Eversource For Resstoring Power to the W1MA Repeater Site

Steve Boyson / N1VLG  (New England ARRL Government Liason) was instrumental in working with Eversource to repair the 4KV line to the repeater site at no charge to the Barnstable Amateur Radio Club.At the March 5, 2024 Meeting  - Chris Flanagan  - our representative at the  Mass. House of Representatives presented a proclamanation from the govenor thanking Eversource for their work in helping restore a valuable community resource.Mike Pierce - Eversource General Manager for Cape & Islands ,   and Mike Maguire - Sr. Line Supervisor accepted the proclamations on behalf of Eversource. Norm Cantin / WA1NLG - presented the Mike's the BARC's club "volunteer of the year" award as well.
